How do I know the status of my orders?
After purchase, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with the initial status of your order. An e-mail will also be sent when the status change afteron. A weekly E-mail will be sent to you til the product is shipped.
Can I return the products?
Items must be returned within 7 days (of the date your order was shipped ) for a full refund, or within 20 days for an exchange. You must include the return portion of the original invoice and state the reason for the return. Please save copies for your records. We will examine the returned item and issue the appropriate refunds.
